SRHS CLASS of 73 ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

SRHS1973.com is committed to keeping all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and make use of our on-line facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure, and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with SRHS1973.com of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

THEREFORE, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to SRHS1973.com and thus it shall govern all data collection and usage thereof.  Through the use of SRHS1973.com, you are herein consenting to the data procedures expressed within this agreement, as well as Privacy information and policy that our web design partner, ClassCreator.com has in place.

SRHS73.com shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

Classmate contact information is collected solely for the use of readily providing information to the applicable classmate about future Class events and activities. It will not be provided to any other classmate without your express permission. It will not be provided to any other agency unless directed by an act of law.

Classmate contact information will be provided to the SRHS Alumni Association for their purposes and protection under their privacy policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement

SRHS1973.com reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at SRHS1973.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.
