2/10/1955 – 2/16/2009 -- Mark Ridgeway Barnes, age 54, passed away at home in Simi Valley, CA, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.  He had several different careers, including training and showing horses, driving a “big truck,” and being a construction project manager.  His hobbies included horses, hunting, NASCAR, football, boating, waterskiing, and camping. His favorite pastime was fishing.  Mark was a practical joker who felt one of his jobs was to make people smile and laugh.  He never met a “stranger” and he never went anywhere that he did not make a new friend. 

Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Trisha; and his children, Kacey Barnes, Kira West, and Alec West.
