1955 – 5/5/2013 -- Stanley “Stan” F. Carlsen, age 58, resided in Sacramento, CA for the last 25 years, and passed away from an immune disorder.  He graduated from CSUS in 1993 with a degree in Government-Journalism.   He leaves behind his spouse, Mr. Jess Juarez Lopez.
