3/15/1954 – 10/3/2004 -- Evelyn Louise Knepshield was born in Kittining, PA, to Chester Ellsworth Knepshield and Claudia Faye Pack, during a brief visit.  Evelyn passed away in Petaluma, CA, at age 50, and was predeceased by her parents and sisters.  She is survived by her brother David.
