7/28/1955 -- 6/3/2024  Thomas Raphael O'Toole, Jr.  passed away suddenly from a home accident.  Tom was well known for founding Clear Lake Gleaners, a Community Service charity, in 1981.  “… mission is to collect surplus and donated food for distribution, free of charge, to people in need.  We distribute twice a month via our seven distribution sites as well as accommodate "walk-ins''....
