1955 - 11/3/2004 -- Yvonne Vandenhof Velcich passed away at home in Novato, CA at age 49 years. She was born in Deventer, Holland, and was a 45 year resident of Marin County. Yvonne worked for 25 years as a Telecommunications Operator for Marin General Hospital. Wife of Maurice Velcich of Novato.

Yvonne had the best laugh. We were really good friends in high school, but lost touch after. She was quiet, but had a great sense of humor. She and Katy Leaver and Reta Gudmundson and I used to go to Stinson Beach , alot. Her Mom had the Rice Table restaurant in San Rafael. It was great Indonesian food and Yvonne and I would wash dishes there. I'm sorry that we didn't keep in touch, but I have good memories of our friendship.
